Intro to Fabrication: Chain Making

Come learn a foundation skill of metal fabrication. We will be exploring decorative chain throughout history, and work through finishing techniques. Expect to leave the class with at least one finished wearable item and knowledge of how to safely use the following tools: jeweler’s saw, pliers, drill press, acetylene torch, files. This class fulfills a prerequisite for those interested in guild membership.
